Advanced Machinery Reliability Analysis

21-10-2024 - 25-10-2024 3800 دبي

Course Introduction:

The understanding of possible reasons leading to machinery failure is important to personnel involved to machinery, design, manufacture, operation and maintenance. This will help all of them to take possible precessions in their jobs to avoid future failures. Also the cases of actual faire could be studied and analyzed to know what the failure mechanism was. This is most important to be known by working personnel.

Course Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this course, the delegates will be able to:

  • Explain service included defects in machinery
  • Illustrate and understand reasons for possible future failures
  • Identify actual failure mechanism
  • Apply techniques and use to investigate failures
  • Understand reliability and failures risk
  • Estimate costs involved in all stages of the machinery life cycle
  • Identify chemical analysis and microstructure analysis in mechanical
